TU Thrive Activators are dedicated staff and faculty members who serve as mentors, coaches, and advocates for first-generation and limited-income (FGLI) students at Tulane. By participating in FGLI programs and events, offering office hours tailored to FGLI needs, and connecting with students beyond the classroom, Activators help foster belonging, academic success, and exploration of academic and career paths. Their support ensures FGLI students feel seen, supported, and empowered throughout their Tulane journey.
