2025 ROTC Joint Commissioning Reception

This is a Joint (Army, Navy/Marine Corps, Air Force) ROTC Reception hosted at the Tulane Navy Building immediately following the Joint Commissioning Ceremony (estimated 2:00 P.M. on 16 May 2025).  Event catering is being hosted by Tulane Alumni Relations (POC Mr. Max Yanker, myanker@tulane.edu).  Navy ROTC will provide long tables/chairs and circular standing tables.  Additional support required for trash cans, linens, and janitorial services post-event.  Event is open to designated guests of Commissioned students with a planning factor of 12 per student (14 being commissioned) with additional point-to-point invitations provided to Active Duty Staff, ROTC Alumni, and Tulane University VIPs.  Planned attendance is approximately 200 guests over the course of reception.
