Join us for a discussion with advertising industry leader Shazzia Khan from Havas. Students will learn about the effects of AI on the industry, as well as learn more about Havas and career opportunities with the company.

Shazzia Khan is the Global Chief Talent & Innovation Officer for Havas Creative Group, Havas Media, and Havas Health. Shazzia has been pivotal in driving the company’s mission to create meaningful connections between brands, businesses, and people by cultivating a culture where talent thrives and innovation flourishes.

With a career spanning over 20 years at Havas, Shazzia has played a critical role in the company’s success by fostering an award-winning workplace culture. In her current role, she spearheads global talent acquisition and innovation, leveraging her extensive knowledge of the advertising industry to attract and retain top talent. 

In her previous roles at Havas, Shazzia oversaw Global Talent, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Corporate Social Responsibility, and Corporate Communications. She also served as Chief of Staff to the Global CEO, providing strategic counsel and driving key initiatives across the organization. 

Before joining Havas, Shazzia honed her skills in account management and strategic planning, working with some of the world’s most iconic brands, including Maxwell House, Pantene, Snapple, and more. Her experience spans building brand strategies, launching global campaigns, and new product development. 

Beyond her professional achievements, Shazzia is a passionate advocate for social justice and inclusivity. She serves as a Board Member of the NAACP Foundation, where she actively contributes to initiatives promoting equity and diversity. Additionally, she volunteers her time with the NAACP Image Awards and Membership Committees.
