NTC Affinity Groups
NTC’s EDI office is happy to connect staff members with their chosen Affinity Groups. The purpose of the group is to have casual safe spaces to gather with colleagues for community building. Each Affinity Group sets its own organizational structure and identifies a group facilitator to act as a liaison with NTC’s EDI office. NTC offers support to each group by offering:
- NTC meeting space(s)
- A small budget for refreshments or group activities
