Will Ferbos

Will Ferbos serves as the Vice President for University Relations and Deputy Chief of Staff to President Michael Fitts at Tulane University. In this capacity, he serves as a senior advisor to President Fitts, oversees the operations and staff of the President’s Office, and plays a central role in advancing key institutional priorities. His responsibilities span a wide range of areas, including university reputation, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement. He also assists with leading the transformational, once in a generation, expansion of Tulane’s downtown campus by working across the University as the administrative liaison for the coordinating working groups.

Will also serves as the President’s liaison to students, parents, community members, and various university task forces and committees, fostering strong relationships across the Tulane and New Orleans communities.

A proud New Orleans native and Tulane alumnus, Will has dedicated 18 years of service to the university. In addition to his work at Tulane, he serves on the Board of Directors of the Urban League of Louisiana, further demonstrating his commitment to civic engagement and community development.
