Shantay Hill

Biography

Shantay is a third-year student at Tulane University’s A. B. Freeman School of Business pursuing a joint Bachelor of science in management and Master of accounting through the five-year BSM/MACCT program. A New Orleans native, she is passionate about leadership, service and community engagement. Shantay serves as a resident advisor, fundraising chair for the Black Student Union, programming chair for the Alliance of Black Business Students and a research intern with the Newcomb Institute. She believes leadership is rooted in continuous learning, growth, and a willingness to embrace new experiences. As a dean’s ambassador, Shantay is honored to represent the Tulane community while fostering meaningful connections among students, alumni, faculty and families and giving back to the university that has shaped her personal and professional journey.
