Ronit Rajani
Biography
Ronit Rajani serves as the Graduate Assistant for the Office for Foundation Scholars (OFS) within Newcomb-Tulane College, where he is dedicated to fostering an empowering and supportive environment for the Foundation Scholars cohort.
Ronit is currently pursuing a master’s in health administration at Tulane. His academic training in health systems concepts, health economics and healthcare analytics provides a strong foundation for managing data-informed initiatives, optimizing operations and supporting evidence-based decision-making within OFS.
Prior to joining OFS, Ronit gained valuable administrative and operational experience in healthcare settings, including roles at Arthritis Knee Pain Centers and Piedmont Athens Regional. In these positions, he coordinated patient scheduling, optimized workflow efficiency and enhanced service delivery through effective data management and EHR system integration. His leadership helped reduce appointment backlogs and improve patient satisfaction across high-volume clinical environments.
Ronit also brings a strong background in community service. As an AmeriCorps Community Food Fellow, he led food distribution logistics, facilitated outreach programs and supported urban farming education to combat food insecurity.
With a passion for operational excellence and equitable access to resources, Ronit is committed to leveraging his background in healthcare management, data analytics and strategic planning to help foundation scholars thrive academically and develop as future leaders at Tulane University.
