Big/Little Mentoring Program

The OFS Big/Little Program launched in fall 2025 with five incredible peer mentors. This program creates leadership opportunities for upper‑level OFS students to mentor and support first‑year scholars in their scholarship programs. Peer mentoring plays a key role in helping students transition successfully into college life. The program aims to provide peer‑led support that fosters community, helps first‑year students adjust to life at Tulane, and complements the guidance they receive from faculty mentors and the OFS team.
