Join us for a two-hour Mental Health Awareness Month event focused on promoting student well-being through interactive self-care activities, stress-management strategies, positive peer connections, and wellness resources. Participants will explore four engaging stations centered on self-care planning and reflection, mindfulness and stress relief, positive affirmations and encouragement, and assistive technology tools that support mental health, organization, and academic success.Through hands-on activities and practical take-away resources, students will develop personalized wellness strategies, practice healthy coping skills, learn about campus and community support services, and discover digital tools that can enhance both personal well-being and academic performance. Participants will leave with actionable techniques and resources to support their ongoing mental health and success.
