Douglas Fletcher

Biography
Lt Col Doug Fletcher serves as Commander, Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps Detachment 320 and professor of aerospace studies at Tulane University. In this role, he leads recruiting, education and training operations that prepare officer candidates to commission into the United States Air Force and United States Space Force.
Originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, Lt Col Fletcher earned his commission through ROTC after graduating from Miami University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. He also holds a Master of Business Administration from American Military University and a Master of Military Operational Art and Science from Air University.
Lt Col Fletcher has served as both an MC-130H navigator and financial management officer. He has deployed multiple times in support of Operation ENDURING FREEDOM, conducting infiltration, exfiltration and resupply missions with joint and allied partners in hostile and politically sensitive environments. Prior to his assignment at Tulane, he commanded the Sixth Comptroller Squadron at MacDill Air Force Base, Florida, where he served as the installation commander’s chief financial advisor and oversaw more than $150 million in annual execution.
