Charvi Greer has been the Associate Athletics Director for Academic Advising and Senior Woman Administrator at Tulane since 2016. In her current role, she serves as the sport administrator for swimming and diving and directs all athletics academic programing. She also manages the department’s life skills, community outreach and career development programs. In addition to her responsibilities as an administrator, Charvi currently serves on the NCAA progress-toward-degree wavier committee. Charvi came to Tulane from East Tennessee State University, where she spent five years in the same role. During her tenure at ETSU, she managed and led the operations of the academic services department for student-athletes. She also developed, implemented and evaluated all aspects of the academic support program for student-athletes at ETSU. Prior to joining ETSU, Charvi spent 10 months at UAB as a student-athlete support services assistant. A native of Auburn, Alabama, Greer has a B.S and M.S. from the University of Georgia – where she played softball. She also earned her Ph.D. from ETSU in global sport leadership.
