TU Thrive Cohorts:
TU Thrive cohorts give incoming first-generation students and students who receive need-based scholarships and grants a space to build community and receive guidance through their first year on campus. Students who opt in join both a small 15-person group and the larger 150-student network. Small-group students take classes together and meet biweekly with a mentor to navigate various aspects of college life, like how to talk to professors and where to go for support. The larger student network meets biweekly to hear from campus partners on available resources and opportunities and engage in social programming with the TU Thrive community.
