One-Time or Occasional Engagement

- Coffee Chats: Join a small group of students on campus for casual, panel-style conversations over coffee and pastries. Share insights on your career journey and how college shaped your path while letting students practice basic career conversations in a low-stakes setting.
- Connect Us with Your Recruiter: Introduce the Employer Relations team to the recruiter at your company responsible for student and new graduate employment opportunities.
Recurring or Short-Term Engagement

- Industry Mentorship: Provide guidance tailored to your field. This can be scheduled flexibly either virtually or in-person.
- Networking Dinners: Co-host a dinner for 5–10 students at a local restaurant. Share professional insights while helping students practice networking and etiquette.
- Mock Interviews: Participate in a virtual or in-person session to help students prepare for job and internship interviews.
Ongoing or Project-Based Opportunities

- Host a Career Trek: Open your workplace to students as part of our Career Trek program. Career Treks are a one-day immersive experience for 15–20 students to explore career paths in your region through site visits, networking and reflection.
- Host an Intern: Provide a student with an experiential learning opportunity, letting them put their skills and knowledge into practice through a facilitated internship. Our team can help identify learning outcomes and goals to ensure student success.
