Timothy Sykes Daytrading Award for the Talented
Tim Sykes (B.A. 2003) established this fund during his junior year at Tulane after great success in daytrading. In establishing it, Tim sought to recognize and nurture talented individuals whose abilities and accomplishments may not be in traditional areas of endeavor. There are many ways to be “successful” in today’s society and this award acknowledges young people with unique interests, passions, and accomplishments.
Study Abroad Grants
The Corasaniti Study Abroad Grant provides three $2500 grants toward the cost of Newcomb-Tulane Study Abroad Programs for students majoring in political science, economics, political economy, or a modern foreign language. Grants are awarded on the basis of both merit and financial need.

The following programs may NOT be used toward the cost of summer study abroad programs that will earn college credit.

The grant is offered on a competitive basis each spring, and students awarded the grant money will use it during the following summer. The amount of the grant for 2012 is $4,000.
The Katherine

Internship Program offers funding for male undergraduate
students with summer internships with alumni or in fields
