Dr. Steven Paul is an expert in neuroscience with an extensive record in central nervous system (CNS) drug discovery and development. As president and CEO of Voyager Therapeutics, a clinical-stage gene therapy company, he helps develop life-changing gene therapies for severe CNS diseases. Dr. Paul's previous roles include serving as president of Eli Lilly Research Laboratories, as the Scientific Director of the National Institute of Mental Health, and as a professor of neuroscience, psychiatry, and pharmacology at Weill Cornell Medical College. Dr. Paul holds a B.A. in biology and psychology from Tulane University and an M.S. and M.D. from the Tulane University School of Medicine.
